The synchronisation screen on Aproplan provides a clear overview of the download synchronisation and upload synchronisation statuses of your project.
In case you need to find the synchronisation screen on your mobile or tablet device, you can follow one of the methods below:
Method 1 (Tablet)
Tap on the cloud icon in the left panel:
Method 2 (Smartphone)
1. Open the menu by tapping on the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner of your screen:
2. In the menu, tap on "Synchronisation":
3. Tap on the project for which you wish to view the synchronisation status:
4. After having selected the project, you will find the synchronisation screen with the top section section displaying the Downloading sync statuses, and the bottom section showing the Uploading sync statuses:
Sync Status Types
1. Green checkmark: If the synchronisation is working as expected, a green checkmark should be visible next to the component:
Note: If synchronisation errors appear in the Downloading section, it is resolved by logging out of Aproplan, logging back in, and resynchronising the project.
2. Error icon: If there is a synchronisation error, a red error exclamation mark will be visible:
Note: When synchronisation errors appear in the Upload section, please contact our customer support via the Aproplan chat where we can assist you further.
3. Clock icon: If files are waiting to upload, a grey clock icon appears:
4. Sync icon: After tapping on the synchronisation button, a blue sync icon will indicate that the synchronisation is in progress:
Note: When synchronisation errors appear, do not:
reset the synchronisation.
delete the application.
Doing so will result in data loss that can not be recovered.
