A short guide on how to find the synchronisation screen on iOS and Android

The synchronisation screen on Aproplan provides a clear overview of the download synchronisation and upload synchronisation statuses of your project.

In case you need to find the synchronisation screen on your mobile or tablet, follow the steps below:

1. Tap on the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen:

2. Tap on 'Synchronisation' in the menu:

3. Tap on the project that you wish to view the synchronisation status of:

4. After having selected the project, you will find the synchronisation screen with the top section section displaying the Downloading sync statuses, and the bottom section showing the Uploading sync statuses:

If the synchronisation is working as expected, a green checkmark should be visible next to the component:

If there is a synchronisation error, an exclamation mark error will be visible next to the component:

If synchronisation errors appear in the Download section, it is resolved by logging out of Aproplan, logging back in, and resynchronising the project.

When synchronisation errors appear in the Upload section, please contact LetsBuild Support via the Aproplan chat to create a Support ticket.

Important: When synchronisation errors appear, do not press 'reset sync', and do not delete the application. Doing so will result in dataloss that can not be recovered.
