With the introduction of SSO on Mobile, we're taking the opportunity to improve how LB Aproplan accounts are managed. To ensure fair usage and better control over account access, we are implementing a device limitation policy. Each LB Aproplan account will now support up to three active devices, helping to maintain project security and compliance with our licensing terms.

Why is LetsBuild limiting the number of devices per LB Aproplan account?

Each LB Aproplan account is designed for individual use. To enhance security and prevent unauthorized access, we are introducing a three-device limit per account. This ensures compliance with our Terms & Conditions and maintains fair usage for all customers.

What does this mean for me?

  • You can use LB Aproplan across multiple devices (up to 3).

  • If you reach the limit, you’ll receive a notification prompting you to manage your devices before adding a new one.

  • You can remove devices anytime from your account settings.

What happens if I try to log in on a fourth device?

If you attempt to log in on a fourth device, you will receive a notification asking you to remove an existing device before proceeding. This ensures that only authorized users have access to your account.

Can I request access for more than three devices?

If your role requires additional device access due to business needs, please contact our sales team. We will review your request and explore possible solutions tailored to your workflow.

Can I share my account with a colleague?

No. LB Aproplan accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials:

  • Violates our Terms of Use.

  • Can lead to security risks and unauthorized data access.

  • May result in account suspension.

To collaborate efficiently, we recommend that each team member has their own LB Aproplan account.

Will I lose any data if I remove a device from my account?

No, removing a device only logs out that session. Your projects, documents, and settings will remain unchanged. You can always log back in on another device when needed.

When will this update take effect?

These changes will be rolled out progressively, with SSO Mobile launching in March 2025 and the device limitation being enforced from April 2025 (subject to final rollout updates).

Who does this apply to?

The device limitation policy applies to all LB Aproplan users, including enterprise accounts.
