This FAQ explains the management of multiple sessions on Aproplan. Each account can be used on a maximum of three active devices, thus contributing to the security of projects and ensuring compliance with our licensing terms.
1. Your Profile - your sessions
On this screen, you can view the devices currently connected to your Aproplan account. To access this, you need to click on the small bubble at the bottom left containing your initials and then click on 'Your Profile' and then on 'your session'.
The session you are currently using is distinguishable from the others because it contains the mention "Your current session."
2. Multiple Devices Connected at the Same Time.
If you are logged in on less than three devices, you can log in to a new device without any issues, and you can see a list of your active sessions.
If you are already logged in on 3 different devices, logging in to a new device will create a conflict. You will need to log out from one of the displayed devices first to continue.
3. Connection Failed - Limit of Three Sessions Reached.
If you reach the limit of three devices connected simultaneously, an error message will appear when attempting to log in again, informing you that you need to log out of a session in order to connect to a new device.
From this menu, you can log out of any session and continue by logging in with the new device.
4. Can I log out of all sessions at once?
Yes, if you reach the limit of three devices, you will have the option to log out of all sessions simultaneously.
You will also find a video of the complete procedure.
