Generating reports efficiently helps ensure that all project information is accurate, complete, and up to date. Following a few recommended best practices can help prevent interruptions, synchronisation issues, or report generation errors, especially when using the mobile application.

Before creating a form, always ensure that your mobile application is up to date. Keeping the application updated contributes to the stability and overall performance.
When generating form reports via mobile, make sure to synchronise your data first before creating a form. If recently added data has not yet been synchronised, the form may get stuck during the finalisation process of the report generation. Synchronising your data ensures that all project information is up to date.
When you remain logged into the mobile application for an extended period of 15 days, your session may expire or become invalid due to security or connectivity reasons. In some cases, this may cause errors while generating reports. We therefore recommend periodically logging out and logging back in to refresh your session within 15 days of being logged onto the application.
Whenever possible, it is recommended to generate reports using the desktop application. Desktops connected via a wired internet connection generally provide a more stable connection than wireless networks. Generating reports, especially large ones, via the mobile application may risk interruptions.
