Keep the application up-to-date

Before creating a form and generating a form report, always ensure that your mobile application is up to date. Keeping the application updated contributes to the stability and overall performance.

Synchronise the project data

When generating form reports via mobile, make sure to synchronise your data first before creating a form report. If recently added data has not yet been synchronised, the form may get stuck during the finalisation process of the report generation. Synchronising your data ensures that all project information is up to date.

Refresh your session
​
When you remain logged into the mobile application for an extended period of 15 days, your session may expire or become invalid due to security or connectivity reasons. In some cases, this may cause errors while generating reports. We therefore recommend periodically logging out and logging back in to refresh your session within 15 days of being logged onto the application.

Generate form reports via desktop
​
Whenever possible, it is recommended to generate reports using the desktop application. Desktops connected via a wired internet connection generally provide greater reliability than wireless networks. Generating reports, especially large ones, via the mobile application may increase the risk of interruptions.

Note: When synchronising data, always ensure that you have a stable and reliable internet connection. An unstable connection may interrupt the synchronisation process, potentially resulting in incomplete or delayed data updates.
