Report templates determine how your report will look and which information it contains.
Difference Between a List & Project Points Report Template
Before creating a report template, it is important to understand the difference between a List Points Report Template and a Project Points Report Template. The main difference is where the template is created and where it can be used.
List Points Report Template
A List Points Report Template is used & configured from within a specific list. Configure this type of template when you want to create reports specifically for that list.
Project Points Report Template
A Project Points Report Template is used & configured from the "Entire project" view. Configure this type of template when you want to generate reports across the project, potentially containing points from multiple lists.
Configure an Existing or Create a New Points Report Template
Open the template editor:
Navigate to the "Points" section.
Use the dropdown at the top to select either "Entire project" or a specific List, depending on whether you want to create or configure a Project Points Report Template or a List Points Report Template.
Click the printer icon to open the "Generate report" window.
Next to "Select template", click the "+" icon to create a new report template (A).
To edit an existing report template, hover over the template name and click the pencil icon (B).

💡 Preview your report: Throughout the configuration process, you can click "Preview" at any time to see how your report will look with the currently selected settings. This makes it easy to review your changes and adjust the configuration before saving the template.
General information
Choose or update your template name.
Grouping and sorting your points
A. You can determine how points are grouped in the report. Available options include:
Number
Status
Category
Room
User in charge
Due date
Document
Important
Date
List
B. You can also choose whether points are sorted in ascending or descending order.
Display the list of points
Enable "Display list of points" to include a summary of your points.
You can choose which fields you want to display in the summary. Select the checkbox to activate a field, then drag and drop the fields to arrange them in your preferred order. Available columns include:
Number
Subject
Status
Category
Room
User in charge
Due date
Creation date
Author
Attachments
Important
List
Note: "Number" and "Subject" are displayed automatically and cannot be disabled.
You can display the subject in the summary to be on one line to save space. You can also choose to display the points:
Without plans or pictures
With plans and locations
With plans and pictures
With plans only
Point details
Further down, you can determine how much detail should be included for individual points.
Available options include:
Plans with point numbers
Plan previews with drawings and annotations
Point details (with or without pictures, plans and localizations):
Print pictures in A5 format
One point per page
Creation date
Archived points
💡 Did you know? A pin used to position a point on a plan is also considered a drawing.
Add an Excel file
Enable "Join Excel file" to attach an Excel overview of the points included in your report.
You can also click "Download" to download the Excel file separately.
Important: Pictures, plans and documents attached to points are not included in the Excel file.
Plans and photo information
You can additionally:
Attach the original plan(s) in PDF format.
Hide the date and time displayed on pictures.
Display author information such as name, role, and company.
Cover page and additional information
You can personalise your report by adding: Cover page
Upload your own cover page from your computer.
Additional information
Enable the option and enter additional text that should appear in the report.
Logo settings
You can add up to three logos.
For each logo, choose between:
"No logo"
"User's logo"
"Project's logo"
"Custom logo"
You can also determine where each logo appears:
Top left
Top centre
Top right
Enable "Display on each page" if the logo should appear throughout the report.
Save your template
Once you're happy with the configuration, click the purple "Save" button.
When creating a new template, you will be asked to:
Confirm the template name.
Choose whether the template should be added to your company report templates.
Click "Save" again.
Your new template will then appear in the template overview:
When you are updating an existing template, the application will ask you if you want to overwrite the current template or create a new one:
