The Table Editor provides a table view to your project and also allows you to make bulk changes.

The Table Editor can be found on top left corner of Gantt Chart. Click on the dropdown and select Table Editor.

You are presented with a full list of all your tasks in order, with task name, start and finish date, duration, tags, and the assignee. You can change them by double clicking on the values.

You can search for keywords and filter results by status using the filter/search in the top right corner. This will allow you to update a selection of tasks.

After selecting the tasks you wish to update, you will see the bulk side panel. (Please see this article about bulk options.)
