On Projects tab you can see list of all the projects you are involved in and their progress %. You can search for the name of your project in the search field. You can also set the way you would like to display this list and also sort the view based on name, due date and progress, by clicking on the toggle icon in the search field.

On your tasks you see the tasks are assigned to you.

Once you select projects you see all of your project. After clicking on a project in the list, you can see three tabs under project name.

- with problems

- awaiting sign off

- delayed

- in progress

- happening within a week

- all assigned to you

You can filter the tasks based on the status, by clicking on toggle icon in the search field.

You can filter the tasks in a project based on their status, and choose to show or hide dependencies by clicking on the toggle icon in the search field.

Here you can search for the name of your task or a tag in the search field. You can also filter the tasks by status, sort them, choose to hide or display project name, Groups and dependencies. You can also filter the timeline you would like to narrow down or expand your filter with in Date range in the bottom. Your choices here will be remembered in your next visits to the app.

There are three tabs in Your tasks.

Please note you can hide all completed tasks from your view in both Projects and Your tasks, by selecting this option on your profile. To have them back you should remove the checkmark again.

To report on a task or milestone, find it in the project. You can see details of the task such as contact info of the assignees, dates, dependencies.

You can report progress, problem, request update, add comments or attach pictures all accessible in same view. The history of changes are available in Activities section on the bottom of the screen.

It is currently not possible to change assignee, dates or duration for a task on mobile.
