In LB Geniebelt you may download and print weekly task sheets for your project team members. For example, these may be for individuals and their weekly tasks on a single project for them to print out or for teams of people across several projects over a period up to seven weeks to be printed out and discussed in project meetings.
To generate and download a weekly task sheet, first go to the task sheet page. Select a start date, select up to up seven weeks, select team members, filter for specific tags or task names and then download the PDF file.
Please note the download will fail if you are using Adobe or other PDF plugin on your browser.
PDF weekly task sheet shows:
all the upcoming tasks for your chosen period and projects
who has been assigned to those tasks
the task progress at the time the PDF was generated
