Overview of the Documents Section - Web version

Written by Dinh van der Does

The Documents section is a centralised space where all project-related documents can be stored, organised, and shared with project participants. It allows users to upload plans, reports, photos, and other files, maintain version control so everyone always has access to the latest information, and manage document access through user permissions.

⚠️ Important: The documents and actions available to you depend on your project permissions and the configured document visibility rules. As a result, different project participants may see different documents or have access to different actions within the Documents section.
