You can easily download documents from LB Aproplan to your computer whenever you need them. Depending on your needs, you can download a single document or select and download multiple documents at once for quicker access and offline use.
Downloading a Single Document
Start by accessing your project and click on the Documents section in the navigation menu on the left-side of the Aproplan interface:
Click on the checkbox to select the document you wish to download (1). Click on the download icon to download the document (2):
Depending on which browser you use, a pop-up window will appear, on which you can choose to either open or to download the document, and then click on "OK". The download may start immediately without a pop-up window appearing:
When downloading the document from LB Aproplan, it is saved in the downloads folder of your computer:
Downloading Multiple Documents at Once
To download several documents at once, click on all the checkboxes of the documents you wish to download, then click on the download icon to start the download:
A message appears on the bottom of the screen, informing you that you will be notified when your documents are ready for download. Click on the notification bell to view your download queue:
A new message appears on the same place to inform you that you can download the documents. Click on "Download" to download the documents to your computer:
Note: After downloading, the documents will be saved in the downloads folder of your computer.
