Creating the Next List Occurrence

For recurring meetings and site visits, you can organize points created during each session by grouping them into different list occurrences. This allows you to track progress over time, as points evolve together with each new list occurrence.

1. Access your project and click on the Lists section in the navigation menu on the left side (A).

To create a new list occurrence, hover over the list with your cursor and click on the plus “+” icon that appears (B):

The plus “+” icon may not be visible if:

  • You do not have the required access rights for the list.

  • The list uses Sequential numbering (1, 2, 3, 4, …).

2. A message pops up indicating which occurrence is being created. If no report has been created in this list, a message will also appear to inform you:

3. Save your modifications by clicking on floppy disk in the top-right corner:

Points of previous occurrences will remain and the numbering of points created in the new occurrence will be incremented, for example: 1.01, 1.02... will become 2.01, 2.02 etc. This way, you will always be able to know during which site visit the points were created.

Different Numberings

Below are some examples of different numberings:

  • Project sequence:

  • Occurrence + Sequential:

  • Code + Sequential:

  • Code + Occurrence + Sequential:
