To have access to your documents (plans, pictures, etc. ) without any internet connection to a Wi-Fi network, or cellular 4G/5G network, it is possible to preload the document on the local memory of your device.

The guide below can be used for both our Android and iOS apps. The printscreens come from our iOS app.

1. Access you project and go to the section documents of the entire project by tapping on the Documents button in the navigation menu:

2. Select the documents that you wish to preload by pressing 2 seconds on a document's thumbnail until you will see a green checkmark appear on the thumbnail confirming it has been selected:

3. Tap on the preload icon in the top-right corner to preload the documents you selected:

4. Another window opens where you can follow the progress of your documents that are preloading:

5. Once the documents are preloaded, a green icon will be displayed on the document:

1. To unload a document, follow the same steps as above and only select the preloaded documents. Tap on the unload to unload all the documents:

2. As soon as the document is unloaded, the green icon will no longer be displayed on the document's thumbnail:
