Points Lists Configuration Overview

Viewing Lists

1. To see your different lists, tap on the name of the list you are already in the list menu on the top-left corner:

  • A window pops up with an overview of all the lists of the project where you can choose in which list you want to work or see the points, documents and participants:

2. You can filter the lists between active lists and archived lists by tapping on the filter icon in the top-right corner:

Quick Actions

3. Quick actions can be performed on the list (if you have the rights to it) by tapping on the three vertical dots on the right side of the list:

The following quick actions can be performed:

  • Archive a list

  • Edit (settings, signatures, participants' presence of a list)

  • Create a new occurrence

  • Generate a report

  • Preload all documents on the list

5. You can update the list's information, and the presence of participants and add/or update signatures:

6. Tap on the quick action "Create new occurrence" to create the next list occurrence.

  • A new window pops up where you can choose to either first send a report before creating the new occurrence, or directly create the new occurrence:

  • After creating the new occurrence, you will receive a notification confirming that the new occurrence has been created:

Adding a Signature

7. After tapping on the "Edit" quick action, you can add a signature by tapping on the signatures tab "signatures":

  • Then tap on the grey field next to a name, to add/or update a signature:

Generating a Report

9. If you wish to generate a report, tap on the quick action "Generate report".

  • A new window opens where you can view the report template that is used. You can also create a new report template by tapping on the three vertical dots on the right side.

  • Below the template you will find the report title which you can rename if needed by tapping on it.

  • Under the report title is a grey box on which you can tap on to load the preview of your report before sending or saving it:

  • Tap on the green "Generate report" button to either generate the report and save it to your documents section in Aproplan, or to send the report as a PDF attachment:

Preloading the List's Documents

10. You can preload all the documents from the list so that the documents can be viewed offline when you are in an area that has no internet connection.

  • To preload the documents from the list, tap on the "Preload" quick action and the documents from the list will start preloading once you see the "List downloading" notification as shown below:

Note: Once the notification disappears, the preloading of all the documents in the list will be completed.

You can see which list has preloaded documents by the marking of the green smartphone icon that appear on the right side:
