Participants in your project need to be added through the web application. This platform allows you to manage all aspects of participant access rights and visibility, ensuring that each participant has the appropriate level of access to the project data and features.
On the mobile app, you can conveniently view and consult the data related to your project. However, all participant management, including adding or modifying participant information, must be handled via the web application.
To view the participants in your project or list, click on the Participants icon.
If you need to contact a participant quickly, LB Aproplan makes it easy. Simply click on the envelope icon next to the participant's name to email them directly, or to the phone icon to call them.
Please note that an email address is a required field when adding a new participant to your project on the web application. Ensure that this information is correctly entered to facilitate seamless communication within the project.
