Aproplan - How to Contact the Aproplan Support Team - Web & Mobile version

Our Aproplan Support team will be glad to help you further.

You can also contact us directly from the app by clicking at the bottom left corner of the in-app chat button. You will be able to ask your questions live to one of the members of our Support Team.

This in-app chat function is available on the Aproplan web application, but also on the mobile app of Aproplan when you are working on-site.

Contacting Aproplan Support via Web

  1. Click on the green chat button in the bottom-left corner of the Aproplan interface.

  2. Click on "Send a message" to create a ticket with Aproplan Support.

Contacting Aproplan Support via Mobile/Tablet

  1. Tap on the main menu icon (three horizontal lines).

  2. Tap on Help & Support

  3. A new window opens. Tap on "Send us a message" to create a ticket with Aproplan Support.
