Aproplan allows you to create your ‘Company’ within the web application. This gives you ‘company control’ so you can manage your members and Form templates efficiently.

Step-by-step Guide on How to Create Your Company

1. Start by logging into Aproplan and click on the Company button to get started:

  • Fill in the requested information to set up your company and click on "create":

2. Once your company has been created, you can have a full overview of the points created by month and forms created by month displayed in bar charts in the Dashboards section:


Members

3. In the Members section, you can view all the participants of your company, including the name, role, position, and status of each participant:

When you create a company, you will by default be the owner of the company. The company owner and the managers of the company have the access rights to:

  • add participants in a company

  • delete participants in a company

  • change the role of a participant

  • add/edit/archive form template

  • add/edit/archive report template

Note: When adding a member to your company, the role will appear blank. Regular members of a company are not authorised to perform any of the above actions. (For more information on how to manage the access rights of members in a company, click here).

4. To change the language, country, VAT, or name of the company, click on the Settings section:

5. In the Reports section you can find an overview of the active report templates. The overview shows you the name, type (list/project), creator, when it was updated, and the status. As owner or manager of the company, you can create, delete, enable or disable report templates available to all members of your company.

  • To import a report template, click on the green plus "+" button in the bottom-right corner:

  • A window pops up where you can select your personal report templates. report templates are imported as "active" by default. If you wish to import the report templates as inactive, select the checkbox on the bottom-right corner. Click on the "Import" button to add the report templates:

6. The Forms section is the main location of all the company form templates.

  • When hovering over a form template, three icons appear: archive (A), Edit (B), and the preview (C) actions:

  • You can also choose to select multiple forms by clicking the checkboxes and then click on the archive icon in the top-right corner to bulk archive form templates:
