The Company Dashboard in the Company section of Aproplan generates progress graphs at company level.
Note: The Company Dashboard is only available in the Company section of Aproplan and should not be confused with the Project Dashboard, which is accessible from the navigation menu on the left side of the Aproplan interface.
Company Dashboard Overview
1. Click on the "Company" button to access the Company section:
2. Click on Dashboard on the left side in the navigation menu:
3. You can select the company member(s) for whom you want to generate an activity dashboard.
The application then calculates the following activity data for the selected members:
The Projects created in the app by the selected members. Learn more about how to create a project here.
Logins: How many times the selected members logged in the app.
The metrics automatically refresh the page every 5 minutes.
Dashboards by range
In this section, individual charts are generated for each activity (projects, forms, points and logins) the selected members did, for the time range you select.
Forms Dashboard
Generated dashboards with the number of forms created from the selected members (presented in different colours), by month.
If you click on each colour, you can see more details about the activity of the member.
Points Dashboard
This dashboard presents the number of points created from the selected members (presented in different colours), by month.
Logins Dashboard
In this graph, you can see the number of application logins each member did, by month.
