A construction project is a complex endeavor that brings together many people who share the same goal: completing the work efficiently and ensuring it is delivered on time and to the required standards.
Collaborating with different teams on the same project is not an easy task. In order to facilitate teamwork, you will need to centralize the information and make it accessible to those who work on the project.
What's a point?
A point is every annotation made about a construction project that can be linked to a plan and documented with pictures:
Points Page
The points page will help you work with a large number of points and to create filters easily. You will also be able to track and manage your project directly from the screen below:
You will find the status that can be edited, the point's number, the category, subject, room, creation date, due date, person in charge, author of the point, list in which the point can be found and the attachments.
Opening the Points Overview
In order to access the points page, you must:
1. Select the project you’re working on
2. Click on the tab “Points” of the navigation menu:

The middle section of the screen displays the points. On the left, you can see the editable status, point number, category, location, due date, person in charge, point author, the list where the point can be found, the modification date, and the attachments:
Filters
At the top of the screen, you can see the search bar with the different filter possibilities. Depending on the license you use, you will have access to more or fewer filters:

You can also find the following feature in the top left bar:
Group points (by status, due date, modification date, subcategory, room level 2, the person in charge or choose for no grouping) by dragging columns to the top:

Generating a Report (Points Report)
To create a points report, you can click on "Generate report" located at the top right of the screen:

Details of the points
When you click on a point, it is marked in light purple and a menu slides in from the right with the details of the point:
You can adjust the size of this window by clicking and dragging the edge of the window on the left side:
Click on the three vertical dots to access other features of the selected item:
This opens a menu showing the other functions associated with the selected item:
Note: Being able to delete a point also depends on the project access rights you have.
