When you define the categories, subcategories, subjects and descriptions, you have 3 options:

  • Edit

  • Import from Excel

  • Import structure from another project

The function Edit gives you the possibility to add categories, subcategories, subjects and descriptions in the application.

If you want to edit the categories, subcategories, subjects and descriptions you should click on Edit.

For this, you would have to click on the "+"

  • Add categories: add a code + fill in the name of the category (the category is only a way to group the sub-categories)

  • Add subcategories: add a code + fill in the name of the subcategory (ATTENTION: only a sub-category can be linked to a point)

  • Add a subject: fill in the subject

  • Add a description: this is linked to the subject

The function Save gives you the possibility to save all the categories, subcategories, subjects and descriptions.

The function import from Excel gives you the possibility to personalize the list with categories from Excel as a .Xls file.

With the function Import a structure from another project you can import an already existing structure from another project.

Select the project and check the categories, subcategories, subjects and descriptions that you want to use in this project to finally save by clicking on ok.

With the function Cancel you can close the frame, without anything being saved to your structure.

Remark: Do not use the same code or description twice
