Aproplan - How to Edit a Project - Web version

The Project's information, categories, subcategories, rooms and the statuses of the points can be edited at all times.

Editing a Project

1. Start by clicking on the "settings" section in the navigation panel on the left side of the screen:

Note: You should be at least the manager on the entire project level to be authorised to edit the project.

2. There are five tabs where you can edit the project which are divided into tabs in the top of the settings screen:

  • Details: The general information of the project can be edited in the "Details" tab.

  • Categories: The "Categories" tab where you can edit the categories, sub-categories, and subjects.

  • Rooms: The "Rooms" tab where you can edit the level 1 and level 2 rooms.

  • Statuses: The "Statuses" tab where you can edit the project's statuses

  • Custom Fields: The "Custom Fields" tab where you can edit the custom fields.

3. After you have clicked on a tab, click on the pencil icon to start editing:

4. Once you have edited your information, click on Save to save your modifications:

Note: Depending on your Aproplan license type you can edit & see more or fewer tabs.
