If you are unable to take pictures in Aproplan on your iPhone or iPad, you need to enable camera access for the app. Once activated, you will be able to take photos again.

Steps on How to Enable Camera Access for Aproplan on Your iPhone or iPad

Follow the steps below enable the camera access for Aproplan:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.

  2. Scroll down and select Aproplan.

  3. Locate the Camera and Photos sections.

  4. Make sure both options are enabled. The Photos app should be set on "Read and Write". The slider on the right side of the camera app should be switched on (green).
