If you are unable to take pictures in the mobile application on your iPhone or iPad, you need to enable camera access for the app. Once activated, you will be able to take photos again.

Steps on How to Enable Camera Access for the mobile application on Your iPhone or iPad

Follow the steps below to enable the camera access:

Open the Settings app on your device.

Scroll down in the Apps and select Aproplan.

Locate the Camera and Photos sections.

Make sure both options are enabled. The Photos app should be set on "Full Access" or "Limited Access". The slider on the right side of the camera app should be switched on (green). ​
