Steps on How to Synchronise Your Aproplan Data
1. To start the synchronisation of your data on your iPad, iPhone or Android device:
Check your internet connection and the battery percentage of your device.
Tap on the cloud on the bottom left of the screen (to be able to synchronise, the cloud has to have a green checkmark):
Tap on the arrow circle in the upper right corner, and check if all the data is synchronised. (green checkmarks on the right side confirm that it is synchronised, and red crosses indicate that there has been an error during the synchronisation).
Keep Aproplan active (no sleep mode) during the synchronisation.
Note: If the data won't synchronise after following the steps above, try logging out and in again.
2. If you still cannot synchronise your data after logging out and logging back in on the application, please check in the settings of Aproplan whether you have the latest version of the app:
Tap on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner to access the menu:
Tap on "Settings":
A window pops up where you can see which version of Aproplan is currently installed:
3. To update the Aproplan application, head to the App Store (iPad/iPhone) or the Google Play Store (Android) and type "Aproplan" in the search bar. You will then be able to update the application which could solve the synchronisation issues you may be experiencing.
Note: When your version is up-to-date, you can once again tap on the cloud icon and then on the arrow circle to synchronise.
