Define new categories and locations using your own Excel tables that you can import into the application.
Click on the three-point icon that appears when you hover your mouse over your project.
Click Settings.
It is only possible to import categories or premises. Click the Import icon.
Categories
To import a list of categories from an Excel file into LB Aproplan, please organise your categories as explained below:
Column A: Category code
Column B: Name of category
Column C: Subcategory code
Column D: Subcategory name
Column E: Subject
Column F: Description
Rooms
To import a list of rooms from an Excel file into LB Aproplan, please organise your rooms as explained below:
- Column A: Code level 1
- Column B: Description level 1
- Column C: Code level 2
- Column D: Description level 2
Click Browse and select your document.
Click Import.
⚠️️The file name cannot contain any of the following characters: @ + % ° ( ) { } § & # \ / : * ? " < > |
Make sure all lines are completed. The rooms or categories in the Excel file will be added to the existing premises in LB Aproplan.
