The application automatically generates progress dashboards. When you open your project, you have the possibility to see the progress of your project.
Project Dashboard Overview
Start by accessing your project. Click on Dashboard in the navigation menu on the left side of the application's interface:
Points Dashboard
The app calculates the progress of all the points, and automatically refreshes the page every 5 minutes.
The following pie charts that you can view are:
Point by category
Point by subcategory
Point by status
Point by state: Active versus Archived
Point by location level 1
Point by location level 2
Note: To display more charts on the dashboard without having to scroll, you can scale the interface by zooming out by pressing "CMD -" (mac) or "CTRL -" (windows).
The following history graphs you can view are:
History by week and status
History by week and subcategory
Forms Dashboard
Click on the Forms tab in the dashboard page to open the Forms Dashboard:
On the top of the page the amount of Forms completed, Questions with non-conformities and Forms with non-conformities are displayed.
Under Forms status, five pie charts are displayed:
Open/Archived forms
Forms conformity
Forms by status
Forms by type
Count of forms by template
Scroll further down to see the Points status:

Open point per status
How to Filter the Data in a Chart
1. Click on the data slice in the pie chart that you wish to use as a filter (e.g. Health, Safety and Environment):
All other pie charts automatically adapts to the chosen data filter (e.g. Health, Safety and Environment).
2. Click on the "Add a filter" to choose filters that appear in the drop-down menu:
Afterwards, an additional dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to select the exact data you want to filter the pie charts by. Click the dropdown and select the desired data points (e.g. Location -> BLOCK A).
All selected and active filters will be stacked and displayed in the top-right corner, just below "Reset filters":
3. To remove a filter, click "Reset filters" to clear all active filters, or click the small "X" next to an individual filter to remove it:
