Introduction

The participants' management plugin is a google spreadsheet plugin that allows you to:

  • add/remove participants in a company

  • modify access rights of participants in a company

  • add/remove participants in a project or a list

  • modify access rights of participants in a list

  • modify access of participants to specific folders

The advantage of the plugin is that you can easily apply changes in bulk. You can, for instance, easily add 20 participants to 50 lists. The goal is not to replace the application where it will always be easier to add 1 or 2 new participants.

How to Get Access to the Participants Management Plugin

1. First, you need a google account/email in order to install the google spreadsheet plugin. You can create an account for free here.

2. Then, you need to have a paid license on Aproplan.


3. Finally, you can ask your Aproplan Account Executive or Customer Success Manager to have access to the plugin. They will send you a link to install it.

Note: Your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager will request you a one-time fee in order to activate your users.

How to Install the Participants Management Plugin

4. Once you have received the installation link, paste it in your browser URL bar and click on the blue "Install" button:

5. Open a new spreadsheet on Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
