INTRODUCTION
This article will explain step by step how to copy a project template.
This feature is only available for an Enterprise license, and for participants with an Admin or Manager access right on the project level.
COPY A PROJECT
To copy a project, you will first click on the info ("i") of the project. A little window will open on the right side of your screen. Then, click on "copy and start a new project".
A pop-up message will appear. Once you accept it, the project will be copied.
For your info: Some big projects can take more time to be copied.
WHAT ARE YOU ABLE TO COPY ?
The following elements will be copied into a new project:
Lists
Forms
Folders
Participants
Categories
Rooms
Statuses
Custom fields
You will not be able to copy these elements:
Points
Documents
When you copy a project, you will automatically be the admin of the project and you will have access to what you had access to in the previous project.
