Footer of a List Report
The report footer is used to display recurring information at the bottom of the report such as project code, project name, list name, list occurrence and more.
Below is a screenshot of an example of a footer containing details of a list report:
Project and List Information (1)
HAPPY (Project Code): This is the designated project code and cannot be removed. However, it can be updated within the project’s global settings.
Project happiness (Project Name): This refers to the project’s name, which can be modified through the project's general settings.
Pre-reception (List Name): This indicates the name of the list and can be adjusted in the list-specific settings.
N°1 (List Occurrence): This represents the occurrence number of the list, which is automatically set and cannot be altered.
21-11-19 (Creation Date): This is the date the list was created. While it does not update automatically, it can be manually modified within the list settings.
User Information (2)
LetsBuild (Company Name): This reflects the name of the company associated with the user generating the report. It can be edited by navigating to the participant list in the project’s global settings and selecting the edit (pencil) icon next to the user’s details.
Chaussée de Bruxelles - La Hulpe (Company Address): This is the registered company address, which can be updated in the participant's settings within the project.
Note: If these fields are not populated, the second line in the report footer will not be displayed.
How to Modify the Footer of a List Report
1. To modify the footer of a list report, select the entire project level.
2. Open the participants section by clicking on Participants in the navigation menu on the left side.
3. With your cursor, hover over the participant who will generate the report. Click on the pencil icon that appears:
4. A new window pops-up where you can edit the personal information of the participant. Scroll down and edit the company information which will appear in the footer of the report:
How to Modify the Footer of a Project Report
Below is an example of a footer of a project report. The footer of a project report contains the company name and company address:
LetsBuild = Company name
Chaussée de Bruxelles - La Hulpe = Company address
This footer data can also be modified in the user settings by going to the entire project, then to the participant tab, and clicking on the pencil icon as shown in the previous four steps above. If these fields are empty, then you will not have a footer in the project report.
Note: The report header and report footer that you will find in the list settings is some text that you can add to the beginning or end of the report. It does not concern the footer of the "paper" document but the footer of the report. It is only possible to use this feature in a list, not in the entire project.
To edit the report header, footer, and additional information, go to the list (1) and click on settings (2). Click on the "Report Information" tab (3), and then click on the pencil icon (4):
