We've recently updated our login and profile pages to provide a more streamlined experience for our users. With these changes, you can now use Google or Microsoft accounts for easy login and registration!

How to use Google / Microsoft for Login and Registration?

You can now effortlessly log in or register on LB Aproplan using your Google or Microsoft account. Here’s how:

  1. Access the Login Page: Go to the usual LB Aproplan login page.

  2. Choose Your Account: Select either the Google or Microsoft login option.

  3. Authenticate: Follow the prompts to log in through your chosen account.

Can I use the SSO to log in or register on Mobile?

the Single Sign-On feature is currently only available on the web version of LB Aproplan. We plan to roll out this functionality on mobile by the second half of 2024.

How do I log in on Mobile if I created my account using SSO?

If you registered on LB Aproplan's web version using Single Sign-On (SSO) with your Google or Microsoft account, you won't initially have a password set for your account. When you download the LB Aproplan mobile app, you'll need to create a password to log in. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Open the Mobile App: Launch the LB Aproplan app on your mobile device.

  2. Forgot Password: On the login page, click the "Forgot password?" button.

  3. Enter Your Email: Input the email address associated with your LB Aproplan account and follow the instructions sent to your email.

  4. Set a Password: Follow the link in the email to set a new password. This password will be used for logging into the mobile app.

Once you have created a password and logged into the mobile app, you can continue using this password for mobile access. When you return to the web version, you can choose to log in directly via SSO or use the newly set password.

Note: This process is temporary. Once SSO is implemented on the mobile version by the end of 2024, you will no longer need to reset your password, making the login process smoother and more integrated across devices.
