If you've noticed alterations in the login page or your user profile details, rest assured, it's all part of an intentional process. We're in the midst of shaping the future of LetsBuild, consolidating various use cases and products under a unified platform—a digital tool belt tailored for construction professionals.

As a result, you'll experience changes in the following areas:

  • Login Page: Now, you have the convenience of both creating an account and logging in using Single-Sign-On. Say bye to “Oh no… I forgot my password again…”!

  • Profile Details: We've given your profile a fresh and modern update for improved functionality, and also made some changes to the profile information available.

  • Single Account Management: Your account details will now be seamlessly shared across all LetsBuild products. One account to rule them all!

Why this change?

The decision to transition to a single account for multiple services originates from the ongoing development and growth of LetsBuild. Previously, users had to manage separate accounts and credentials for each service, which could be cumbersome.

This shift in the login process and user account management is the initial phase of a broader project aimed at achieving seamless integration between our different products. It's part of our dedication to providing a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for our valued customers.

I logged in but I didn’t reach the service I was trying to reach…

Occasionally, after logging in, you may find yourself in your user profile. In this case, you can easily navigate to the specific service you wish to use. On the left-hand side of your screen, you'll see a navigation sidebar featuring icons representing our different apps. Simply click on the one you intend to access, and you'll be swiftly redirected.

Why is the mobile experience different from the web?

The change will be reflected in the mobile experience in the second stage. This change will happen during Q1 2024.

I created an account using my Google or Microsoft account (Single-Sign-On), but I am asked for a password to connect on mobile.

In certain scenarios, you may not have the option to log in with Single-Sign-On, and instead, you'll be prompted to enter a password. If you initially created your account using SSO, you won't have a password on file. To resolve this, simply click on “forgot your password?” to set up a password. If you do not see this option, we recommend visiting https://app.aproplan.com and clicking on “forgot your password?” there.
