If you need to delete your LB Aproplan account, follow these simple steps. Please note that this process will permanently erase all your projects, documents, and work from your account. However, any content you have shared with other users will remain accessible to them.
How to delete your account on Mobile version
Open the Main Menu
Tap the main menu icon located in the top left corner of the screen.
Access Your Profile
Click on your name at the top of the menu to open your profile details.
Initiate Account Deletion
Scroll down to the bottom of your profile details and click on "Delete this account".
Confirm Deletion (Android only)
Type "DELETE" in the confirmation box to validate the deletion of your account.

By deleting your account, all your projects, documents, and work will be erased. Shared content with other users will remain available to them, but your private content will be lost forever.
How to delete your account on Web version
If you are using only the web version of LB Aproplan and not the mobile app, you will need to contact our support department to delete your account. You can reach out to them via email or directly through the in-app support feature.

Via the app: click on the "?" button in-app to open the Messenger. Click on "New Message" and let our support team guide you!
Please ensure that you have backed up any necessary data before proceeding with account deletion, as this action is irreversible.
