Participants should be added to your project through the web application, which serves as the primary platform for managing access rights and visibility settings for each individual involved. Within the web application, you have full control over who can access various parts of the project, ensuring that the appropriate information is visible to the right people.

1) To view the participants associated with your project or a specific list, simply click on the participants icon:

2) Click on the suitcase to manage the access rights

To update the rights, click on the edit icon on the top right corner of your screen.

Click on the arrow next to the participant you would like to update and choose the level of access right you would like to give them

Do not forget to save your changes!

When adding a new participant to your project via the web application, it is mandatory to include their email address. This ensures that all participants can be reached efficiently and that their contact information is readily available within the project’s participant list.
