When you archive a form template, participating users can no longer create forms based on that template. However, forms that have already been created from this template are not affected.
To be able to archive an already defined form template, you must:
Have a paid license.
Be a member of a Company in the "Company" section of the application.
Have a Manager role within the company.
How to Archive Form Templates
1. Go to the "Form Templates" section within the Company module:
2. To the right of the form template, you will see three dots. When you click on it, 3 options appear. Choose the "Archive" option:
Unarchiving Form Templates
Archived form templates can also be reactivated, so that the template becomes active again and ready for use.
1. Click on the "Saved views" button to open a dropdown menu.
2. Click on "Archived templates" to open the overview of archived form templates:
3. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the template and choose the "Restore" option:
