Adding Participants - Web version

You can add a participant to your project without having to invite them to join the application. The uninvited participant can only use and interact within the Point Lists function.

1. To add a participant to your project, access you project and click on the Participants section in the navigation menu on the left side:

2. To add a user as participant to the project, click on the green plus "+" button in the bottom-right corner:

3. To add a participant by importing the user from another project, click on the white button with arrows:

4. After clicking on the "import participant" button, a window opens where you can:

  • A: Select the project from the drop-down menu.

  • B: Select the user(s) from the chosen project.

  • C: Once the selection has been made, the import button turns green. Click on "Import" to import the users to your project's participants list.

5. After adding the users to the participants list, they will appear in red, meaning that they are added, but not invited to the project:

Note: The best way to invite participants is to do it on the web application (see our dedicated FAQ). However, it is possible to add a participant with the mobile application.

On the Aproplan mobile application, you can also add participants when viewing the details of a point:

1. Tap on the user in charge in the point details.

2. With this function, you can add a new participant to your Project/List:

3. After tapping on the plus "+" button, a list with participants opens. Tap once again on the plus "+" button in the top right corner of the list to add a new participant:

4. Another window open where you can enter all the necessary participant information and tap on the green checkmark in the top right corner to save the details:

Note: When adding a new participant via an iOS device, the user does not have access to documents or projects unless you give him or her access to the web part.

Note: To see an overview of the participants in the entire project, you must go to the web application.
