An Enterprise license is required

To modify the Form template already defined, you must:

Access your account via the web application

Have an LB Aproplan business license

Be a member of a Company

1. Go to the Company tab

2. Access the template

3. Open and then click the "+" button at the bottom right.

4. A window opens, from which 2 steps are available to you. Click on Select My Template.

5. The form to edit is now in your computer downloads as an Excel document.

6. Open the Excel document.

3 options are available to you, you can either modify an existing question, add a new question to your Form, or delete a question from your Form.

  • If you want to modify an existing question:

All the columns , the columns which are in reference to the Form called "Template" cannot be modified. You can change:

a. Question Title: if you want to change the title of your question.

b. Question Description: Add or change a description.

c. Question Type: Change the type of question. Attention it is important to note that in this case, the column Question PredefinedChoices will also have to be modified.

d. Minimum Question and Maximum Question: You can change the minimum and a maximum number of answers to be selected at any time.

e. Question MaxLength: in the case of open-type question (FreeText and FreeNumber) a text character limit can also be added or modified.

f. Question Allow Pictures: By default LetsBuild allows you to add one or more photo (s) as attachment (s). If you want to remove this function for a question you just have to change the "True" to "False".

If you want to add a question to your existing Form template/Template.

⚠️⚠️ It is important to keep the same Form data so that the LetsBuild system can locate where the changes need to work. To do this Copy and Paste the information of the following columns into your new line.

1.Template ID

2. Template Title

3. Template Type

4. Template Language

5. Template Is Archived

6. Template Archived Date (if completed)

  • Must not be completed:

1. Template Creation Atlas

2. Template Creation Date

For the rest of the line, i.e. the data concerning the question itself. The process is the same as "How to create and load a new form template?".

The Question id column should not be completed. LB Aproplan automatically takes care of generating the information during your first template import.

Complete the following columns:

1. Question Title: This column is required, it names your question.

2. Question Description: This column is optional, it allows you to add a description to your question if necessary.

3. Question Type: This column is mandatory and is completed as a drop-down list, it defines what kind of question it is.

FreeText: Open question, the respondent will have to enter text

DateTime: the respondent will have to select a date from the calendar.

PredefinedString: the question will be answered with "yes" or "no".

FreeNumber: open numerical question, the respondent will have to enter a number.

PredefinedNumber: the respondent will select from a limited number of numeric responses.

MultipleChoice: multiple choice question, you define in advance the possible answers.

4.Question Predefined Choices: This column is required if the question type is: PredefinedString, PredefinedNumber, and Muliplechoice.

⚠️⚠️This column requires a particular writing style, write down your different answer options in quotation marks. Like putting a space between your different answers, press the "alt" and then "enter" keys.

5. Minimum Question and Maximum Question, this column is optional and only possible if the question type is: PredefinedString, PredefinedNumber and Muliplechoice. This makes it possible to define a minimum or maximum number of possibilities of choice of answer.

6. Question MaxLength, this column is optional and can be completed only if your question is of open type (FreeText and FreeNumber). This limits the number of characters in the text.

7. Question is Archived: Must not be completed when uploading a new Form.

8. Question Archive Date: Must not to be completed when uploading a new Form.

9. Question Conformity Rules: If in braces, the response will be considered compliant if it is within the defined value range ({"min", "max"}).

If in brackets, the answer will be considered compliant if it is listed in the table (["Yes", "Maybe"]).

⚠️⚠️This column requires a particular writing style, write down your different answer options in quotation marks. In the case of putting a space between your different answers, press the "alt" and then "enter" keys.

If you want to delete a question from your Form.

This point is important because contrary to what one might think it is not enough to simply delete a line to delete a question.

1. Once your Excel document is open, go to the Question Is Archived column and enter "TRUE".

2. Go to step 2, reload your Excel document into LetsBuild. ,

See here how you can create and load a new form template.
